Help the students to construct a mental representation of a text heard - Understand the implicit nature of a text - Work on reformulation - Encourage debate, encourage argumentation from kindergarten onwards.The first part of this educational package provides young students with unusual images created from familiar environments (in the classroom, at the zoo, at the doctors ...).
The objective here is to differentiate between what is unusual and what is not.
The pupil must explain and argue his proposals, the teacher will be there to help him formulate or reformulate.
Another series of images will help students understand the implicit nature of a situation.
This first stage of work ends with the comprehension of short texts (between 3 and 5 lines).The second part is based on 5 original stories that will be read by adults.
Each story is accompanied by tools (discrimination boards, reformulation boards, character cards) to help the child go towards understanding the text.
